NAUGHTY car number plates such as SH14 TTY have been banned before new registrations come in next year.
“We try to identify combinations that may cause offence or embarrassment on the grounds of political or racial sensitivities, or are in poor taste”
DVLA bosses sifted through thousands of 2014 combinations to draw up a list of rude words.
The 14 reg is a gift to smutty drivers, who can make it look like an I, L, A, or H in saucy words.
The crude plates to be banned include PR14 CCK, BU14 SHT, SK14 NKY and CR14 PLE.
Meanwhile, a fear over glorifying terrorism saw the number plate J14 HAD axed.
Cheeky combos of 63 plates banned earlier this year included BU63 GER, NO63 END and HU63 NOB.
The DVLA’s Propriety Group sits down every year to figure out which plates should be barred.
A spokesman said: “We try to identify combinations that may cause offence or embarrassment on the grounds of political or racial sensitivities, or are in poor taste.”
Also vetoed in the past were OR63 ASM, OR63 YYY and SO63 OMY.
The experts even have to consider common text chat now, so OM63 WTF was also removed.
