A £200,000 Ferrari with a cherished plate was parked outside Scotland year as a warning to Uninsured drivers, the car belongs to son of a billionaire Arab sheikh. This Ferrari with its private plates belonged to Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, who is the son of Ajman, an Arab billionaire. Sheikh was boasting on his Facebook that the police had handed back the keys the second they discovered who he was. He put a status which read “Arab Money Talks”. Police spokesman said this was not the reason and Sheikh would have been forced to pay a fine and fee for his Ferrari with his personalised plate. Police said it would have been auctioned or crushed unless its owner reclaimed it.
